Mr. Ridings is the founder and first president of the First State Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors and has been one of the leaders of the home inspection industry for many years. Mr. Ridings is actively involved in the education of first time home buyers. He teaches regularly at first time buyer seminars and mortgage programs. His knowledge of real estate has helped many buyers avoid the problems associated with buying a home. Clay not only inspects homes, but also serves as a real estate investment advisor.
